AKlectic Company online is a website to display and promote multimedium arts of original artists where sales may or may not apply. Acceptance to AKlectic Company online does not warrant display and promotion in galleries or art shows. Any such event will be advertised through the AKlectic Company website and separate terms, conditions, and fees will apply.
To join AKlectic Company online - the company form must be completed and signed, including the database of works, to be considered for 1 webpage and included in related sections. In addition, a portfolio of 2 or more pieces must be submitted for acceptance. AKlectic Company selection committee reserves the right to deny any pieces, and all pieces submitted by the artist will be subject to review for selection of one or more for the webpage and any related sections.
To join AKlectic Company online, $52 is to be received before posting of webpage and any related sections. Related sections include artist biography abstract on 'About the Artists' page, compilation of works on 'Art Market' page, and contact information on 'Contacts' page.
A $3 digital photographic/scanner filing fee will apply per any one piece; this fee is waived for works received in electronic form. The artist may obtain any electronic files, produced by AKlectic Company, of their works in the form of email attachment or CD for a $2 per piece processing fee.
Artists maintain all rights to their works and may add (only electronic filing fees may apply) or remove any pieces at any time. AKlectic Company maintains all rights to any webpage code, objects, and other elements developed by the company for the website on behalf of the artist.
AKlectic Company will withhold between 12% and 19% commission for any works sold. The commission withheld above 12% of sale price will be contingent upon any handling and shipping fees for delivery of piece. Should the piece be delivered by the artist, only a 12% commission will be withheld. |
